MyPIN TA4 settings (Filastruder 1.1)

Hello all, long time no see!

I'm having another crack at my kickstarter kit and I fiddled around with the PID settings and wiring.

I got about half a kilo of trash filament out of it before the temperature just dropped. It still showed full power to the heater but the temperature continued to drop.
So, my question is, what are the correct, out of the box, values that the MYPIN TA4 PID controller is supposed to have?

Also, what could cause there to be intermittent power loss between pins 2 and 3? They are the ones powering the heater. Even when it says it's pushing 100% power the multimeter shows 0.

Is my PID controller bad?

The heater has 3.6 ohms.

I've gotten it to work sparadicly but not reliably.

Please advise!
