Filament not extruding? Please help!

I have loaded my filament and it extrudes ver nicely when doing so. But when I go to print, the filament only comes out of the extruder at certain places or at all. I have taken apart and cleaned the extruder and the auto feed system and I still have the same problems. I have also tried printing an object on all parts of the bed and the print still fails. The last thing I tried was a different filament cartridge. This did nothing as well. The print bed it not to close or too far from the printer.  To restate the problem, when I go to print something no filament gets pushed through the extruder and laid out. Sometimes it will lay a few layers and then stop. If you watch the video it will explain it a little bit better. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
