Topic: extruder & bed are getting hotter and hotter. not printing anymore :(

I hope someone can help me.

For several days, the Da Vinci 1.0 does not start printing. Everything heats up but the temperature in "monitor mode" seems frozen. and the printer does not start printing. It seems the extruder and bed are getting hotter and hotter.
So I turned quickly off the printer.

If the printer is powerd on, the "monitor mode" show me always the same temperature even when its cold:
Extruder 062 degrees
Platform 093 degrees
When heating up for start a print, the temperature in the "monitor mode" is also not rising. It seems frozen.

Flash back to 1.1J but no results, still getting the same temp reading in monitor mode.

Now back on Firmware version 1.3.3 same issue
