Topic: update? Answering Yes crashed my DaVinci Duo 2.0 - I need HELP!

I clicked on the button on 8/22 and crashed my DaVinci Duo 2.0

When I attempted to print from a .3w file, nothing happened after the file was transferred.

I reinstalled the last working .exe download file (from January) and it would start to print but the XY drive(s) would stutter and shake (see attached .MOV file)

I've contacted DaVinci Support and they aren't much help

I reinstalled the latest software and now I can start a build with the latest software/firmware - but the stutter and shake problem persists.

HELP!

By the Way:

I've shut the machine off and turned it back on, and that doesn't make and difference

I've homed the axis and that doesn't make a difference.
