Topic: Fried 1.0A Board

Hello!

I recently discovered that while installing the E3D V6 Hot end I did a poor soldering job and fried the 12v supply to the rest of the board, such as my heating element which isn't allowing my extruder to heat up as well as lack of an LCD screen.

I was wondering if there is a way to get a replacement 1.0A board/ does anyone have a non-functional Da Vinci 1.0A that they can spare a board?

Re: Fried 1.0A Board

The board is easy to repair. It is just a blown zero ohm resistor they use as a fuse near the 12 volt input terminal.

Printing since 2009 and still love it!
