Topic: Not working the way it should

Hello All,

We have a da vinci 1.0 3D printer.

The printer prints out the demo designs fine.

I have designed a few parts with design spark and they print out ok.

I have 2 designs that will not print - the head doesn't even start to do the test line and skips the test line and then starts doing random things and the plastic just gets stuck the nozzle?

Why is this?.

Hope you can help, spent a lot of time designing this part

If it works with other files then there is nothing wrong with the printer or software. Those files are bad. They might be repaired by running them through netfabb.

Printing since 2009 and still love it!
