Topic: Just purchased a Da Vinci 1.0 pro and cant get wifi to work.

It says trying to connect on screen but never connects.

I had /  have issues with it as well. There is a tutorial video I think on the support page for them. I do remember that you had to have it connected to the computer via USB and then I had to select wifi instead of USB in the XYZ software.

You will need it as said connected to USB for the initial setup.. otherwise you won't have a way to enter your network credentials.

I did have it connected with the usb cord. Said connecting on the printers screen but never would. Didnt know if i had to go into my routers settings and change something.
