Top of model not printing correctly

I had something similar a couple weeks ago. The cause was the model breaking away from the build table and getting pushed around. Was the model loose when you got home? I ended up replacing the tape that came with my 3D printer with 3M blue painters tape. You can only print on the tape so many times before it needs to be replaced.

Also look at adding a Rift I think it is that creates a layer of material for your model to print on that will help it still to the bed better.
