Topic: Suport Material

I have a complex model and no matter what way I turn it to print it needs to be supported some how? How are people building in support for areas that need help during printing that you can remove after?

IS that possible with this printer?

Thanks.

Re: Suport Material

most of the support that slicer generates comes off pretty easily to me. nothing but a little time and some exacto knife work.

Thanks for the reply. I have only been printing for about a week now and my latest model had problems because needed additional support while printing. I was unaware on the mac version that they printing software had support, raft and brim. Those tabs were really greasy out. I went looking for outer slicer programs till I found these in the program.

Had a stratasys at work that used HIPS as support material and you removed it in solution.  I have not been able to duplicate this with the davinci duo
