Topic: XYZ Pro problems of the start

Hi All, my first 3D printer came last night and followed the directions and set it up, loaded the filament and all was good. This morning I decided to do a test print, everything warmed up and it started to print but after a few minutes I noticed the model started sliding and was no longer stuck to the tape?

I stopped the print, followed the steps for cleaning the head with the wire brush since filament was around the print head. I then tried to print again and no no filament comes out and I hear a clicking sound?

What should I do?

Update: I talked to Tech support 3 times today and Calibrated the the printer. I had a broken piece of filament that needed to be removed. There are no videos for the Pro yet but they said to use the De Vinci 1.1 video and they said it is the same set up. It was not the same but close. After I removed the broken filament it still didn't feed right and made a clicking sound. The filament was / is catching some place before it reached the extruder.I managed to wiggle the filament enough that it cleared all the obstacles till it reached the extruder. After that it worked just fine. We'll see how it works when I need to replace the filament.
