Topic: "chuck chuck chuck" noise on extruder -DaVince 1.0 AIO

Several successful 3d prints.
Now it won't extrude.

If I do "load catridge" it extrudes fine
Start printing, nothing comes out.
I hear a chuck chuck chuck type noise
Refed the filament a couple times

Argh.

Will call xyzprinting support after work tomorrow.

Problem materials:
ABS white that came with printer
ABS black ordered from xyz

It sounds like your print head may be too close to the bed surface not letting it extrude properly, or perhaps there is a partial clog.  Perhaps try adjusting the bed using the manual method stickied in this forum or adjusting the z-offset  You might also want to reload the filament since it could not be feeding correctly if the filament is gouged thus not letting the feed mechanism advance it correctly.

ever in tampa bay area I owe you a beer.  paper calibration worked life a champ.  probably saved some xyz guy an earful too.  I expect it was my fault bearing down a bit hard scraping up a stuck print.

Glad that did the trick.  Yeah, I have had experiences trying to get a stuck print off.  If can definitively mess with the bed leveling.  I am using Kapton Sheets now for ABS and things seem to stick well and come off without too much of a fight.
