Topic: My heating bed finally cracked in half :(

My bed finally cracked in half while trying to retrieve the printed object.. I noticed parts stick to the bed more just after cleaning the bed and applying a new layer of glue hmm I was about to order a new one, but someone mentioned sending the bed back to XYZ and have them replace it for free. Is that still a thing? Printer is a little over a year old at this point in time. Thanks

You're a little overly optimistic.  MakeXYZ has a 60 day warranty.

If you're handy, you can make a much better one for a lot less.  Go buy a thicker piece of borosilicate glass the same size.  Use isopropanol alcohol to remove the kapton heater sheet from the back of the old broken plate.  Get some 3M 468MP double sided tape and bond it back on to your new glass plate.
