My Da Vinci had a surge (caused by me). It sometimes won't power on now, while other times it comes right on. Anyone know where I can start investigating where the issue is? When it comes on it seems to function normally.
Any ideas? Thanks.
The first thing I would check is the power supply output. Only if the power supply has an output voltage (check with a multimeter ) and the printer is still "off" would I bother to check anything else.
It stopped doing this. I don't know what's up, but it turns on every time now.
