Topic: Printer won't receive job from USB

Hey guys,
I searched and couldn't find that anyone has already had this question:

I'm running all the latest firmware and software versions of xyzware and when I try and send a print job from my computer to the printer, after about thirty seconds, the light inside flickers and then I get an error message that says "Printer was unexpect disconnect, please check USB cable or PowerPlug." I'm not touching anything so I feel like it's likely an issue with its "brain"

I'm new to 3d printing and was hoping someone has had a similar experience and can help me with how to fix it. Also, I'm sorry if I have not included enough information - I will be happy to expand when I know what I left out.

is the file you are sending large or complex or does it have a large name?
