Press Slic3r settings?

I got my press a few weeks ago, and have been carefully adjusting the slic3r settings (after calibrating of course). But I'm still showing a lot of inconsistency with my prints. Before the Press, I worked with a Solidoodle 3, and while the settings I found worked with that get the press working, there's a lot of room for improvement.

To those who are getting successful consistant prints, what Slic3r settings (or Skeinforge) settings are you finding work for the press?
