Topic: click click box extruder

hello,

sometimes it click click click, looks like the filament is smaller in thickness and its not take much in the casing of the extruder?
may be that the problem come from the filament?

If this is happening on your first layer then your then your bed is warped or one or more of your rods slightly bent downward.

I was having a terrible time recently with clicking, grinding noises from the extruder gears.
Turned out there was a lot of dirt and grease built up behind the idler wheel and on the shaft.
I took off the idler and gave it all a clean and the noise has gone completely.
There is an STL for an idler on Voltivo forum if you need to print one but I found cleaning did the trick for me.
