Topic: no filament coming out of my da vinci 1.0

I'm having a serious issue here. My 2 week old da vinci 1.0 isn't exctruding any filament. help

You need to be more specific.  Is it making a clicking sound. Can you see the extruder motor is turning or not, are the tempertures being displayed correctly while you attempt to extrude.

Just saying not extruding is like saying my washing machine is not washing.
