Topic: Octoprint Single Extruder Filament Change

I saw nothing that worked as of yet for those of you that have made the move to Octoprint. @Pause does not get recognized by it.  Another issue with what it does recognize, the command M0, is it doesn't use the run on pause script.

What does work to get the extruder over the air for a color/filament change without blobbing the print is to input a move command into the gcode after the layer change and before the M0 pause command.

All this does is start the layer move down, moves the head close to home for air extrusion, and pauses the print within Octoprint.  There are tickets open for this issue, but they have been open for a year or more so it's still in progress.  This works nicely for now though, and all you have to do to resume is hit the pause button as if you would have normally just hit pause within octoprint and it starts right back to the next move command.  Happy printing folks!
