Topic: I'll be changing my X-Axis motor later today, has anyone done it?

I've had 2 snafus with my press already. First my bed heater shorted out and burned a hole through the rubber. I got a replacement on the mail a few weeks later, then out of the blue, my X-Axis wouldn't move, I troubleshot it and now I'm getting a replacement today. 

I had some difficulties changing the heater and I'd like to make it as painless as possible this time around. So I'm asking this community to point me in the right direction for swapping my X-Axis motor
