Topic: microsoft excel and davinci software
I would like to import data from Microsoft excel to davinci software.
I would like to realize tubes whose sections are ellipses obtained by using the excel graph and formulas.
How can I do?

Da Vinci, in fact no software I know of would allow that. All 3d printers use afile that is an STL file. It is generated by a CAD package.
Can I import a file with (x,y,z) coordinates to the davinci software to create a line with these point-coordinates?

No, the only thing any 3d printer understands is an STL file which is exported from cad software. Or a gcode file which is generated by the slicer in the printers software which come from the STL. Those are the only files and data that the printer understands. Its just like a CNC router or laser cutter except it lays molten plastic instead of cuts.
How can I generate an STL file of tubes with ellipse sections?
Does DaVinci accept all STL files? Can I find a software interacting with Microsoft excel to create such STL files?
Try This.

I have downloaded the program.
There is no way to import data or coordinates. Perhaps I do not know much about the program.......
