Repetier .91 Vs .92

I'm on the verge of making the switch to Repetier firmware after 6 months or so on stock, mainly so I don't need to use a resetter to change temps.
I'm wondering what the main differences are and which version is most stable ?
Also, is it possible to flash either version with the easy method using an old version of xyzware ?
