I am using cura as my slicer and use 1.1.E with OpenXYZWare. During larger prints my printer will randomly shut off. I was just in the middle of a 10hr print and it shut off at about the 7th hour. This is very annoying because there is no way to restart it. Any ideas

Does your file have a large name? Sometime large file names like 16+ characters cause this behavior but usually it happens when you first load the model in this case.
The file name was water_bowl.gcode
Probably ok then. Just to note, things made on these printers will usually not hold liquids. You can vapor finish them and they work better but will still have microscopic gaps and leak over time. They also promote bacterial growth due to these gaps. Just wanted to warn you in case you didn't know. There are limits to what can be printed.
On topic though it could be your power supply failing. Is the fan running? You should hear it ramp up when the extruder starts heating. If you around at about the 5 or 6 hour mark see how warm the air is coming from the vent below the power switch. If it seems really warm your power supply could be over heating and shutting down. During opration you should notice the fan is much louder than at idle. If not the fan could be bad which would overheat the power supply.
Does the 16 character thing count the .gcode?
When it is idling with the extruder and bed heating the air coming out of the vent is warm but it is about as warm as the air venting out of a laptop is that normal or to warm?

That seems about right.
So if it's not the PSU what could it be?
Today I was printing a rubber and gun that was going to take 2 hours and it shut off at 1 hour and 30 min. Any ideas.
