Topic: Just finished my first print ever thanks to this community!

I received my Da Vinci 1.0A today. After struggling for a little over an hour to get an acceptable calibration, I followed the bed leveling technique stickied here (a technique I'm familiar with due to working in a machine shop) without a hitch.

I quickly modeled up a trinket to present to my wife in honor of her allowing me to purchase this. I will present it to her and hope she accepts.

The research I've done over the past several weeks led me to believe that prints lifting from the bed was quite an issue. On that note, I present a short video of my first print: http://youtu.be/DfQHIi8PJfk

Thank you again to everyone that gave me advice in my previous post. I'm pretty excited to get started with 3D printing, and I'm sure I'll be hovering around here and absorbing as much information as possible.

Looks good, lifting is much more prevalent with larger prints typically anything under a square inch wont lift.
