A picture would help or a description. Is it too tight or too loose?
Are you sure you have the right MK5? There is a different version required for the E3Dv6.
too tight,
what item is that on thingiverse?
or is it not found there.

printing them now.
really wanting to get the sD3 up to what it should have been when I got the e3d V5 or whatever version it was.
my sd3 never worked right. im trying to fix that
Not to go off rails or shamlessly push stuff I made but look at solidoodle bed stabilzer on thingiverse...will make bed rock solid snd help w print quality EDIT: take a peek at this http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:698422
I saw that,
it looks like the parts curl a lot.
and what is the grocery list for this build?
That was my fault by not having slurry...has zero effect on how it functions. Main points that need to be straight and level are. Two lmu88 bearings 28" of 8mm smooth rod and varying length m3 screws. Curling is in prep not design, others printed models 100% fine.
yeah got ya

I originally had the first one without the supporting cross bar in front. I was able to secure mine by pressing it in to the tight fitting mount but was having issues printing with weird layer shifting. After several failed prints, I determined that the hot end was moving around slightly in the mount. I had the second one printed and it stabilized the hot end so now everything is great! Use the second one.
Thanks Gordym. I don't own a v6. So while I know it fits, I was unaware of that.
