Topic: Movement issue

Right guys I have recently moved over to Slic3r and this is the largest print I have done to date (attached)

When its feeding in the diagonal direction it will be fine one way and on the way back there seems to be a loud clicking from the extruder? when it does the profile its fine

Its printing fine but makes me worry.. also there seems to be a metallic vibration also

Any ideas?

Also it is fine when it does the infill its just the first few solid layers it does it
