Topic: please help... davici duo cant feed filament on right extruder

i just got it   few days ago left printing fine right cant load it it sounds like gears are not gripping it
if any body have diogram or guide how to clean extruder it will be great .. i just tried calling them  but nobody  there at 10 am estern
