Topic: problem with printer en windows 7

Good afternoon long ago wrote a post asking for help because my desktop pc not let me print in the program xyz , and only answered me that probably the printer memory , this will discard that if that were so in my lap top could not print. The point is that on my laptop which has windows 8 , recognizes the printer as a 3D printer in windows 7 not recononce as a printer , appears as ( unspecified )
The point is that in the lap which only has 4 GB of RAM , and is much smaller capacity than pc have no problem to send the impression , however when I do it on the PC, which has a video card 2GB and 8 gb ram and two nucles processor 3.5 GHz , I get a msg that I need space on the hard disk and more than 100 gb have all I need free space that can be printed ? or any idea that does not register the printer as a 3D printer or any idea what is happening

Can you post the actual error in English as close to word for word as possible. Also post current hard drive properties? How much space is available? How big is the file you are trying to print? How complicated is this object?

Sure thank you very much for responding, what the error is as follows

"export or printing was due to low disk space . Free more disk space and try again

Hard Disc F:
capacity ; 221 gb
file system: NTFS
Used Space : 141 GB
Headroom: 80.5 gb

print file size : 1.03 mb

the file contains no complicated forms printing if everything is straight and with little detail is a chassis slot cars

So weird. Is it only with that file or with other files as well?

When you open the XYZ software, try to right click on it and open it as administrator and see if it works then. If my suspicion is correct it is a Win7 security bug. Well it's not a bug, but a feature that is rather annoying.

opened the software as an administrator and still going through the same no change . thank you.
