Topic: prints almost hollow and fall apart after cartridge reset

I have a davinci 1.0 with firmware 1.0.1  Ive reset a few cartridges with and arduino R3 and the voltivo code.  all my prints on a reset cartridge are somewhat hollow and break apart whereas when I put a factory cartridge in it prints solid with no issues.  Ive run several tests, multiple colors/cartridges and its always the same flaky semi hollow build on a reset cartridge.  set at 90% solid, thick shells, 2mm thick.  see the attached - white one was on a reset and black was on a factory.  Can anyone point me in the right direction whats going on here?  thank you very much.

So what values are you changing with the resetter and what are you changing them to?

It was just the arduino code I found online from Voltivo. I believe it just sets the cartridge to 240 and the extruder to 210.

210 is low for any filament other than XYZ. They have their filament made special to melt at lower temps. Third party stuff requires 220 minimum to as high as 250 in some cases. Are you still using XYZ software?

I am using left over XYZ filament that was still in the cartiridge even though it said 0 left.  and yes - still using the xyz ware that came with the unit.
