Topic: About press Z limit endstop

Can people confirming that they have z limit endstop switch activated or not? 
i have the early version of the press and my endstop is not working

confirmed that if get the "new" firmware from solidoodle will activate this switch
and they have added 16 points of solitouch insted of 9.

possible to activate whitout send in the mb to solidoodle for firmware upgrade or do this from home how ?

I have an early Press. There is no z limit endstop.

yes it is behind the back cover for the Z rods on the bottom... activated or not activated  all have the switch at least. they forgot to Activate it in the firmware in the early ones.
to activate need reflash firmware and i want to know how

This sucks, typical Solidoodle half ass crap. I didn't know there was such an endstop.  I too want to know how to flash the firmware.  What about it Solidoodle,  what about us early machine owners.  After waiting all that time and still was not a finished machine.  Not happy.  I want all I paid for...

i already asked solidoodle  they first wanted me send it in to solidoodle but im in europe   to mutch cost to send it back for just a software update... i asked for firmware and a guide to DIY

When is this endstop even used? I thought that it just used the z-probe for that endstop. It does 9 points for me so I guess I have an early version of the firmware.

i have notised when "try" using soliprint then sometimes before print it goes to absolute 0  Z. it can breake the printer .. so solidooodle FTFS fix this
