You are printing too fast that is causing the strings and missing spots. You are also running too hot. that is causing the scorched marks. have you used a contact type thermometer to confirm what temp your hot end is? An IR thermometer won't work as the source is too small. I have white digital cooking thermometer that goes to 280C that I got at Kroger in their cooking aisle.
I also have a multimeter I got at Harbor Freight with a thermocouple so it can read temperature as well.
Also unless you just have to use white I would stay away from it regardless of brand. Due to the pigments used to make white it is one of the hardest colors to dial in and get a good print from. Maybe try natural in place of white or else paint the print once done. But I would not use white from any brand.
