This is my config. Only truly non standard thing is my filament size which is at 1.6 instead of 1.75, which is slightly undersized since I make it myself. I happen to be printing from a modified version of "E" from a Toshiba Flashair SD card. So I don't need to create files that can be sent to the printer over USB, so you'll need to do any changes needed for that yourself.
But it should be enough to get slic3r to print normally for you, if your only problem is the default speeds. Export your config from slic3r, change the settings to what mine are and import the file back. If your using the same version of slic3r that I do, you can just do the import directly.
