Topic: XYZ daVinci 2.0 not printing

Hey guys. I've spent quite a bit of time browsing through the forums - lots of helpful info and people!

I purchased an XYZ 2.0 several months ago and it was working great. I've done a fair amount of printing, maybe 15-20 small projects. Halfway through one of the prints it simply stopped printing. Now neither nozzle will print anything. I'm not getting any errors or anything, it's just nothing comes out of the nozzles as it tries to print. I'm really enjoying this new hobby but I'm unfortunately stumped at the moment.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated - thanks guys!

Are they getting hot? Whats the reported temp? Are the motors running?

Printing since 2009 and still love it!

Thanks, Carl - They are getting hot, it heats to right around 200C. And to which motors are you referring?

When I load the filament it almost appears as if it isn't loading correctly. There's no filament coming out of the nozzle after loading.

Sounds like the little wheel 'grabbers' have gotten filament in them. You'll need to clean them out, da vinci actually has a video on how to do that for the 1.0 and it isn't much different for the 2.0. Even had to do that for mine. Just be careful to put the heads back in correctly, took me a few tries to get them in right.
