Topic: Da Vinci 1.0 wont print from Windows 7 Box, Newest Software

for some reason my printer wont print from my win 7 machine but will from my win 8 one. when I hit print the icon greys for a second like its thinking, then just goes back to normal. it sees the printer and is able to report temps back, even disabled my antivirus to no avail. anyone have the same issue?

Yes, me.  But I have Windows 8.1.
It slices, then just gives up.  Very slow to respond too

How big is the file you are trying to print.?

Printing since 2009 and still love it!
