Topic: SOLIDOODLE PRESS SETTING PLEASE I'M LOST

Hi, I'm new to the forum, and I'll need help.

I just got my 3D printer solidoodle Press since Monday, and I try to print deuis this daate anything but impossible.

the problem my list is as follows:

with solidprints when I load a 3D model sometimes appears and sometimes not
when the beginning of the process to work the printer starts to print correctly and after you drop some lines it stops.

I have to turn it off and turn it on, for what works again.

Another problem when I load a former model and always there,
impossible to erase, even if I unplug the machine.

I am a student in industrial design and I do not know much in programing but think it is a software problem.

on some forum using cura, so I did the same, and most of my problem of chargerment are resolved.

I just have a problem when printing begins, the head and too far from the board and I do not configure this in CURA

If anyone can help me it'll be super cool
because I am French and my English is a bit light

I did not find the exact configuration on the forum Cura

thank you

by the way i think solidprint need a big update!

SoliPrint won't work with all models.

For the Cura settings to use with Repetier Host, see http://www.soliforum.com/post/80457/#p80457

I also summarize how I got my Press to work in my blog post at http://paulsaulnier.com/2015/03/16/gett … dle-press/

Use simplify 3D, is a lot better and faster than RH or any other software.

It also costs $150. What makes it worth the price for Press users?
