Topic: SD2 assembled correctly? (Newbie)

I am having problems leveling my bed and part of the problem is that my nozzle can tilt depending on it's position.  I attached a photo of the part that I think needs to be snugged up.  I think that the lower white block on the back of the extruder assembly needs to be tighter to prevent the tilting.  Please let me know if I need to adjust the white block or if I must try something else.

Re: SD2 assembled correctly? (Newbie)

Loosen the bolt and see if it will slide up.  There is a chance that it is a slotted hole, but I'm not sure.  If not, try twisting it so that an edge reaches the rod.  If not (and it doesn't usually stay that way) take the block out and look at it.  If the bolt hole isn't centered on the block, there might be one side that has more distance from the hole to edge.  Turn that side toward the rod and see if it takes up the slack.

That space has been a problem with mine as well, but not as extreme.   I think a better design would be a slotted hole for the bolt, and another screw underneath to push it up against the rod.  It could then be adjusted to compensate for wear on the block.

I keep it tight by putting a wrench on the white block and turn it left to right(around the y) untill the corner hits the rod to remove the movement.

The hole for the block is slotted and I was able to move it up.  My printing and been much better.  Thanks for the help.
