Hi, I'm having problems getting my DaVinci 2.0A to print.
After I send the print job to the printer, the printers LCD shows "Job Receiving", when the job is fully sent the printer simply restarts and nothing happens. Tried changing USB ports, taking the plug out and in, etc. Anyone know what to do?

Try hitting it with a hammer. Sometimes the plastics get stuck in the machine.

Your file name is too long or your file has an error and needs to be sent through a repair service like Nettfab which is a free service. Just need a Microsoft account.

Now that I think of it, the file name is pretty long, gonna change it and see what happens! Thanks

Filenames can only be like 16 characters.

I can't verify they are the same person. Two different IP addresses but that doesn't always mean anything.

Not true if using stock software...some of my filenames are ridiculous.

That was simply a guide number. Keep it around 16 characters and you will always be safe.
