Topic: Issue 0011

My new AIO printer has 0011 error and support sent me a new white cable without any instructions.  My assumption is I need to pull out the extruder?  but since I can't heat up the extruder, I cannot remove the filament?!

Any suggestions?

I was able to remove the filament and extruder.  However, the metal piece that plug in the extruder cannot be removed (even after I unscrewed the small screw).  Is it supposed to be easy to pull out ?

Not sure what metal piece you are talking about. You mean the heater or the feed tube. The threaded feed tube will come off you just have to use pliers to grip the heat block being careful no to damage the thermistor wires. If you mean the heater then try pushing it out with something from the other side.
