Topic: Flexible filament settings

Anyone have recommendations for printing flexible filament on a stock DaVinci 1.0A? I have been able to print PLA without problems and I got a roll on Microcenter/Inland Flexible filament this weekend. When I load the filament, I don't have a problem with it extruding. But when I try to print, nothing comes out. It is getting stuck in the gears. When I unload the filament, it looks like it is getting kinked around the gears. I am printing at 230 extruder and 60 bed settings.

Any settings would help.

Thanks!
Ryan

You cant print flexible on any da vinci that is stock. There is too much space between the feed gears and the hot end throat. The filament bends at that point and wont feed.

That would be why the manufacturer does not say they can print flexible.

Printing since 2009 and still love it!
