Topic: Workbench Apprentice RH g-code

Can anyone share the start/end g-code they are using for the workbench apprentice in RH/Slic3r? I've put together my own based on what soliprint uses and other stuff I've found around the forum, but I have no experience with g-code and it would help to see what other people are using.

Here's what I took from a soliprint log file of something I printed

Start
G21 ; set units to millimeters
M107 (fan off, deprecated, use M106 S0)
M104 S200 ; set temperature
G28 ; home all axes
G1 Z5 F5000 ; lift nozzle

M109 S200 ; wait for temperature to be reached
G90 ; use absolute coordinates
G92 E0
M82 ; use absolute distances for extrusion
G1 F1800.000 E-1.00000
G92 E0

End
G92 E0; reset extrusion distance
M107 (fan off, deprecated, use M106 S0)
M104 S0 ; turn off temperature
G28 X0  ; home X axis
M84     ; disable motors

The defaults are:

Start
T0
G21; set mm units
G90; set absolute coordinates
G28 X0 Y0; home x and y axes
G29; probe bed
G92 E0; reset extrusion distance

End
G91
G1 Z5 F5000
G28 X0 Y0

Also keep in mind that by default we use only RH start/end codes and nothing for Slic3r.
