My Press was defective and they finally gave me an RMA for return. I just received the 'repaired' printer a couple days ago; and haven't been able to get a single print out of it after many attempts. It would be great to get a t least one small successful print to keep my faith alive; but I have to wonder if the hours spent trying to get this piece of junk working is really worth it. Life is too short.
