Topic: Extruder temp states 356.6 degrees, and does not heat at all

Hi, the solidoodle company is worthless at actually helping me get this Press printer to work. I'm hoping this forum may be of help.
When SoliPrint recognizes my printer, it states that the extruder temp is 356.6 degrees, and does not actually ever heat up.
Anyone know what could be wrong???    I was able to get a couple of prints, before my extruder clogged, and I cleaned out the nozzle, then ever since I've had this issue.

You shorted the thermistor/wiring when you cleaned the nozzle.

Try to loosen the screw that holds the thermistor.
