Download FFMPEG from the official site.

Once you extract/install FFMPEG, open up a command prompt, and use this command:
ffmpeg -i "path\video.mp4" "img_%d.jpg"
replace path\video with the actual path and name of your video file. It will extract every frame from the video to a img_xxx.jpg, and number them sequentially.
FFMPEG support a large variety of video formats, from AVI, to MP4, MKV, MPG, etc.
To print or, 3D print, that is the question...
