i start printing this few days and suddenly the filament melt inside the extruder.. how can i fix this problem please...

Is that a Davinci? What is the extruder temperature?

SD3, E3D hotend,linear bearing on x/y axis',pillow block bearing on y conneting rod, ball bearngs on front y axis, fan on y stepper motor.

the printer is Reprap prusa i3 sad temp is 200

Drilling the hotend may be extreme or even unnecessary.
I recently encountered this when I was printing in my PLA settings (doh!)
The point is, try bumping up the heat by about 5c, make sure the extruder tension is sufficient, THEN progress with more invasive actions.
