Topic: I just downloaded an upgrade, and I am having issues

i downloaded an update to the XYZ software, and right at the end I got the message that
can not rename file access denied abort retry ignore

I now get an error message right when it goes to send my item to my printer.
it was working fine until this download....I have a support ticket in with XYZ but
no answer back yet.

Hi,

Bearing in mind that free advice is worth what you pay for it, have you tried uninstalling the software and reinstalling it?

That's the first thing I can think of with my limited experience, but at least someone has replied to you...

What is the version of your software, and your firmware?  I believe the current is 1.1.38.?, and 1.2.6, respectively (but am away from my machine at present, so can't be sure).
