RH-Press Feed rate settings

After the last few evening making prints and adjustments and dialing settings in I am almost there.  The only thing I can't seem to get right are the speed and speed multiply settings.  I have adjusted these a few times and the layers split occasionally.  Finally I got a great adhesion between layers and thought everything was going smoothly and then I got a MASSIVE jam.  What are some of your guys' settings here.  Would be much appreciated.
