print gone hay wire after update

My 1.0 Da vinci printer was working well, till i updated on 12-02-15. After updating the software, my printer started printing  as though two designs were mixed up. On importing the stl design, the import is correct but when print is clicked the design after conversion is 50% correct and the rest seems to be some other design. My os is windows XP, i use sketchup8 for creating  objects and converting to stl. Please get back if you have faced a similar problem or can suggest a solution.
