Topic: Firmware problem

Hi all,

I was using my printer the other day and i was told there is a firmware update which i downloaded but the machine failed to install any ideas why i am using a win 8 tablet and usb connection

I am having the same EXACT issue...I am running windows 8...I have a support ticket in with xyz and they havent been much help...I have uninstalled and re installed, i ran the update as admin on my computer, i disconnected my virus protection...and i still get an error message when it goes to print....Very frustrating.
