Topic: Here is a pic. How do I adjust the speed for this layer in slicer?

HI how do I adjust the speed in slicer/repetier for this upper layer. The upper most layer in the pic is not my top layer but a in between layer, and the speed is super slow.  I am using repetier firmware and repetier software with slicer on a davinci 1.0

That should be solid fill. There is a setting for it.
