Topic: Press only wants to print one file now

So I aborted a failing print job where the extruder became jammed, and now the printer seems "stuck" on printing only the file which I aborted.

No matter what STL file I attempt to send to the machine, it always starts printing the one which was aborted over again.

So far I have tried:

~ Powering the printer on and off.

~ unplugging the printer for several minutes and then powering it back up again.

~ uninstalling and re-installing the Soliprint software.

~ Uninstalling the software, rebooting the computer, then re-installing the software.

...And yet it is still determined to print that one aborted file.

I am guessing that the file is caught in a cache either in the computer somewhere which isn't being wiped even by a complete uninstall of the software or in some static RAM on the printer itself.

I am pretty much out of ideas to try at this point.

This morning I got the same here, then I found a gcode file in application support folder with the object my Press are printing, I deleted it and now my printer don't prints no more… nothing.

Completely stuck.

Did you find a solution?

Which version of Soliprint are you using?

I installed e uninstalled every version. I deleted the application support folder "soliprint". I shutdown the mac and the printer and disconnected and re-connected the usb cable. Nothing.

I succeed to calibrate the z-offset, I succeed to control manually the printer but slicer quit himself on startup…

in slicer options, what does it say on scale?

Yesterday I was testing various objects, today I updated to Soliprint 1.11 and sent a new part, it printed the las file I sent, It sucks they fixed the Z-Offset calibration and messed something else up

I have found out 1 of two fixes to this issue. First, the STL file could be corrupted or was created in quads, and needs to be converted to triangulated or triangles. Second, if you are using printer settings that aren't accepted. Currently Soliprint won't let me print anything at .1 resolution, but switching to .2 resolution it will start printing the new file. Same with trying to print something at 100% fill, Soliprint won't let me. I use Repetier Host for those, and it works fine. So might just be the Soliprint software.
