repetier host not slicing well

slicing is sucking I havnt come across this problem
and I don't know how to use an other slicing program, even skeinforge.

Can you post the .stl ? I'll try it .

SD3, E3D hotend,linear bearing on x/y axis',pillow block bearing on y conneting rod, ball bearngs on front y axis, fan on y stepper motor.

put it through netfabb, fixed it. it didn't the first time. but its good now.
